When plans shift, we understand the need to change your mind. You can request a cancellation before your order begins its journey. Cancellations are accepted within twenty four hours from the time the order is placed or any time before it is dispatched from our facility.

After the request is reviewed and approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original method of payment. The refund will usually reflect in your account within a few business days.
Once an order is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the package is already moving through the delivery process. If you still choose not to keep the product once it arrives, you can return it by following the steps described in our Return and Refund Policy. This allows you to send the item back after receiving it.
